If you do not set up the Permit web search in Copilot policy, web search is available to users by default in both Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Conversation, unless you set the Enable the use of additional optional connected experiences in Office policy to Disabled.

Copilot Chat is now pinned by default in the navigation bar of the Microsoft 365 copilot app login application, Groups, and Expectation for many individuals that are qualified for Copilot Chat throughout the internet, mobile, and desktop.

Admins can also change the pinning setups of Copilot Chat for customers in Microsoft Teams through the Groups admin center: Designate an application setup plan with Copilot Conversation in the pinned apps to users with an Entra account.

To aid improve the quality of actions, Copilot Conversation can use web search queries sent to the Bing search service to ground actions in the latest info from the internet. Copilot includes a CRM, notification facility, powerful permission controls, and important applications for messaging, billing, file-sharing, contracts, and kinds.
