If you don't configure the Permit web search in reviews on copilot app plan, web search is offered to customers by default in both Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Chat, unless you set the Permit the usage of added optional linked experiences in Workplace policy to Impaired.

Copilot Conversation is now pinned by default in the navigating bar of the Microsoft 365 Copilot application, Groups, and Outlook for most individuals who are eligible for Copilot Conversation throughout the web, mobile, and desktop.
