You can manage web search in Copilot Conversation by using the Permit web search in Copilot policy, which is readily available in Cloud Policy service for Microsoft 365 The Allow web search in Copilot policy is also available in the settings section of the Copilot Control System page in the Microsoft 365 admin center.
