If you do not configure the Permit web search in Copilot plan, internet search is readily available to users by default in both Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Chat, unless you establish the Permit the use of added optional connected experiences in Workplace plan to Handicapped.

Copilot Chat is currently pinned by default in the navigating bar of the Microsoft 365 Copilot app, Teams, and Overview for many customers who are eligible for Copilot Conversation throughout the web, mobile, and desktop.
