If you do not configure the Allow internet search in Copilot plan, internet search is available to customers by default in both Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Conversation, unless you establish the Permit the usage of additional optional linked experiences in Office plan to Handicapped.

Copilot Conversation is copilot safe now pinned by default in the navigation bar of the Microsoft 365 Copilot app, Groups, and Expectation for most customers that are eligible for Copilot Conversation throughout the internet, mobile, and desktop computer.

If you formerly chose 'Do not pin Copilot to the navigation bar' in the Microsoft 365 admin center and also unattended the 'Allow individuals to be asked whether they wish to pin it' choice, your setting configuration is 'Do not pin' and your customers still won't have Copilot pinned in their navigation bar.
