If you do not set up the Enable web search in Copilot plan, internet search is readily available to users by default in both Microsoft 365 copilot portal pricing and Copilot Conversation, unless you establish the Enable the usage of additional optional linked experiences in Office plan to Disabled.

Copilot Chat is now pinned by default in the navigating bar of the Microsoft 365 Copilot application, Groups, and Expectation for the majority of customers who are eligible for Copilot Conversation throughout the internet, mobile, and desktop computer.

If you previously chose 'Do not pin Copilot to the navigating bar' in the Microsoft 365 admin center and also unchecked the 'Allow individuals to be asked whether they want to pin it' alternative, your setup configuration is 'Do not pin' and your customers still will not have Copilot pinned in their navigation bar.
