If you don't set up the Allow web search in Copilot plan, internet search is available to customers by default in both Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Chat, unless you set the Enable the usage of additional optional connected experiences in Office policy to Disabled.

Copilot Chat is now pinned by default in the navigating bar of the Microsoft 365 Copilot application, Groups, and Outlook for most users that are eligible for Copilot Conversation throughout the web, mobile, and desktop.
