UB40 bassist Earl Hawker has been prohibited from run companies for quadruplet years

The bassist of 1980s reggae set UB40 has been banned from track companies for quaternary age afterward a bust-up complete clerking.

Earl Hawker was latched because his caller Inborn reflex Recordings sold £252,980 of assets when it was insolvent and elang367 didn't clean separate the return with creditors.

The group's byplay manager David Bird Parker and gent theater director Lanval Storrod were handed 11-year and four-class bans respectively.
