Local IT Specialist

1.　Provides and manages support within the context of IT service management and ITIL processes

2. Collaborates with infrastructure services, IT service Desk, and internal customers on a divisional and Corporate level to ensure efficient operation of Continental client devices

3. Support of the necessary requirements for digitalization projects(Smart factory, IoT, Data analytics, Cloud, etc)

4.　Architectural design and development of process automation solutions(RPA)

5. Consulting & development of Big data & SW solutions(Power BI, MicroStrategy, KNIME)

6. Ensure the high availability of the IT infrastructure(Data center, server, VoIP, Network, etc.,) following company standards

7.　2nd level support and analysis of issues reported by the business and Incident monitoring, incident handling and

1.　Bachelor or above degree in Computer science or equivalent

2.　New or less than 3 years experienced

3.　Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

4.　Positive attitude and willingness to work in a global team with different cultures

5.　Good written and oral communication skill in English

6.　Willingness to travel, also internationally
